Shipping Methods and Carriers: We exclusively use Deutsche Post as our shipping carrier to deliver orders from our Germany warehouse to European countries.

Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Timeframes: Estimated shipping times for European countries are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

Please note that these are approximate shipping times and actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen shipping delays.

Shipping Costs: We offer a flat rate for shipping to all European countries. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.

Tracking and Order Status: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and whereabouts of your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages: In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with Deutsche Post to resolve the issue and either replace the lost/damaged items or issue a refund.
