Do i have to return the products?
For the skincare products no you do not have to return the products back. But for the devices, yes including all accessories and box, must be in perfect condition. The cost of return is free.

Our products are produced and shipped from Europe. For orders within Europe, you can expect delivery within 3-5 working days. If you are ordering from outside Europe, please allow
7-10 working days for delivery..
Can i track my order live?
With each order you get a tracking code which you can view the live status of your delivery
Do you ship Internationally?
No, unfortunately we are only shipping to Europe, but we plan on going International soon.
